Medical Billing

Packages range from flat rates fees to 6%

Thrive Services offers monthly billing services using your EHR software. Your billing specialist will submit, manage, and monitor your insurance claims. Upon receipt of payment from insurance companies, we will post payments, reconcile each client account and send invoices to collect copays and deductibles. Billing errors will be managed as they arise and we will keep you informed of the progress on difficult claims. Additionally, we will contact insurance companies regarding any rejections or non-payment, on your behalf. Our monthly billing package include the following services to meet the needs of your growing practice.

Credentialing

Starting at $200

We can complete your contracting and credentialing applications to the insurance panels of your choice and cross that task off your to-do list. We’ll assist you in applying for your After your onboarding meeting and the data collection process, we’ll start the application process and stay in communication with you along the way with regularly scheduled updates in our Project Portal.

Providers will have access to our Project Portal, a place to securely upload documents, communicate directly with your credentialing specialist, as well as review the status of their applications.

Special Projects

Starting at $35 per hour

Only need assistance with a specific project? We can be of service. We’d be happy to assist with any of the following special projects:

  • Follow up on credentialing applications you submitted

  • Verifying client benefits

  • Follow up on unpaid claims

  • Practice location change

  • Name change

  • Change from individual to group practice 

  • Secondary or tertiary claims

  • Rejected insurance claims

  • Calls to insurance companies 

  • Set up CC processing/authorizations

10 hour minimum required for special projects. Recurring billing services not valid for Special Projects pricing

Thrive Services was founded by a licensed therapist who understands the information we touch requires additional levels of security. Thrive Services provides a Business Associates Agreement to each provider ensuring that your clients’ protected health information remains confidential and is managed securely.
