About Us

Ashlee Secord is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and South Carolina. Before starting her private practice in 2009, she assisted in the billing departments of several offices and agencies, and navigated her own billing. She started exploring billing solutions when her own practice grew and managing it on her own became too time consuming. 

While exploring the option to outsource her billing needs she knew she wanted skilled individuals who were familiar with billing for therapists in private practice. Wanting this for her own practice, she realized that this was a service that could also be of benefit to other therapists and in private practice. Out of that need, Thrive Services was born.
